The purpose of this website is to provide a safe place where those with depression, their family, and their friends can talk with and support each other.

The contact form is now working -- so please go ahead and contact us with your ideas and suggestions. You can be an important part of making this website work.

This website was started when Annie attempted suicide. At the time we created the website we thought we’d lost her and we didn’t want anyone else to go through the pain.

Thankfully, Annie is still alive and with us. We want a safe place to try to help prevent future suicides and to more generally help everyone who is experiencing depression.
